I’m originally from Whittier, California, but over the last fifteen years I’ve lived all over the place, including Alaska, Texas, Washington, and now Oklahoma. Growing up around skateboarding, BMX, and punk rock shaped a lot of the way I see the world and connect with people.

Photography has always been around me. My mom constantly had a camera in her hand when I was growing up, and I became fascinated with the way a single photograph could hold onto a moment or a feeling. Even as a kid, I was always carrying around a little 110 film camera taking pictures of everything around me.

These days I’m focused on documentary-style photography and working toward a career in photojournalism. I’m starting college in the fall and continuing to build work centered around people, places, and honest moments.
